I am a Certified Personal Trainer passionate about helping you be the best you can be. My mission is to help you start, practice and master healthy habits that will give you energy, strength and endurance to live the life you were created to live.
I began teaching group fitness in March of 2002 after completing my training through the YMCA. My main fitness class has always been based on resistance training but I've also taught: Moms to Be class for expectant mothers, Pilates, Kickboxing, Stability Ball, and Step Aerobics. I became a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise in July of 2007. I became a Nutrition Specialist with the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionist in April of 2014.
